By using Stylum AI, you accept these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms constitute a legal contract between you and Stylum AI.
2. Service Description
Stylum AI is an AI-powered image generation service for e-commerce and fashion professionals. We offer various subscription plans with monthly credit quotas.
3. User Account
To use Stylum AI, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
- All activities on your account
- Notifying us immediately of unauthorized use
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or defamatory content
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Create deepfakes or impersonate individuals
- Circumvent usage limits or security
- Sell or resell access to the service
5. Intellectual Property
You retain rights to your uploaded images. Generated images belong to you subject to compliance with terms and applicable laws. You cannot claim ownership of AI models.
6. Payment & Refunds
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime. Refunds are granted within 14 days for unresolved major technical issues.
7. Limitation of Liability
Stylum AI cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to service use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication. We will notify you of important changes by email.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You can delete your account anytime from your settings.
